PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions
This document is an official offer (public offer) from individual entrepreneur Kristina Lorentz (OGRNIP 318183200045199, INN 182809743575), hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to conclude a sales agreement with any individual purchasing products via the website https://kristinalorentz.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer".
By placing and paying for an order on the website, the Buyer unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of jewelry and accessories (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") presented on the website, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Order Procedure
3.1. Orders are placed by the Buyer independently through the website.
3.2. To place an order, the Buyer must:
choose a product from the catalog;

• click "Order";
• provide necessary information for delivery;
• proceed to payment and complete it.

3.3. A payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to the Buyer via email.


4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment is made online using bank cards through the payment service YooKassa.
4.2. Accepted card types:

• MIR,
• VISA International,
• Mastercard Worldwide.

4.3. All transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.


5. Delivery Terms
5.1. Available delivery methods:
Pickup — free of charge in Moscow (Paveletskaya metro station) and Antalya (Liman district, Turkey) by prior agreement.
Within Russia — via CDEK, starting from 300 ₽.
Within Turkey and internationally — via PTT (Turkish Post), starting from $10.
5.2. Delivery times depend on the destination and selected method and are not guaranteed by the Seller.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. The Buyer may request a full or partial refund in the following cases:

• the Seller fails to fulfill the agreement;
• services are only partially provided;
• delivery deadlines are violated;
• force majeure circumstances occur.

6.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Seller’s legal address:
143001, Moscow Region, Odintsovo, Chistyakova Street, Building 40, Apartment 205, Russia.
6.3. Requests are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued within 5 to 30 business days.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller agrees to:

• provide accurate product descriptions;
• deliver the ordered products on time;
• respond to Buyer inquiries.

The Buyer agrees to:

• provide accurate information during ordering;
• pay for the order in a timely manner;
• communicate with the Seller as needed.

8. Personal Data
By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". Data is used only for fulfilling this agreement.
